Getting started
A quick walkthrough to get your organization operational. Nothing here is required in order — jump to whatever's relevant.
1. 1. Set up your organization
Add your legal name, country, and currency in Organization settings. Everything else — documents, shipments, members — is scoped to this organization.
2. 2. Invite your team
Add people and assign roles under People. Roles control who can create shipments, manage the fleet, or invite others.
3. 3. Create your first shipment
Shipments are the core operational unit — pickup, route, status, and proof of delivery all live here.
4. 4. Add your fleet
Register vehicles and drivers so dispatch can assign them to loads and shipments.
5. 5. Upload documents
Insurance, licenses, and compliance paperwork live in Documents, with expiry tracking built in.
6. 6. (Optional) Sell through the marketplace
Set up Stripe Connect to accept payments as a seller — separate from your own DRIVEPILOT subscription.
On your phone
Open the ride app in your browser and add it to your home screen. It installs without an app store and updates itself.
