1. Agreement and acceptance
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "your", the "User") and the operator of DrivePilot ("DrivePilot", "we", "us", "our"), identified at the end of these Terms. They govern your access to and use of the DrivePilot websites, web and mobile applications, application programming interfaces, assistant, notifications and every related feature (together, the "Service").
By ticking the agreement box when you create an account, by signing in, or by accessing or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to every part of these Terms, you must not create an account and must stop using the Service immediately.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company, partnership, cooperative, fleet, agency or any other organization (an "Organization"), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that Organization, and "you" then includes both you personally and that Organization. You and the Organization are jointly responsible for every obligation in these Terms.
These Terms apply to everyone who uses the Service, whether or not they pay, including shippers, carriers, brokers, fleet owners, dispatchers, drivers, warehouse staff, passengers, ticket buyers, ambassadors, administrators, guests and visitors.
2. Definitions
"Content" means any data, text, documents, images, loads, trips, bookings, messages, ratings, reviews, locations, files and other material that you or anyone else submits to or generates in the Service. "Third-Party Services" means services, products, payment processors, maps, identity providers, messaging, telephony, AI providers, hosting providers, insurers, banks, carriers, authorities and any other person or system that is not operated by us. "Loss" means any loss, damage, cost, expense, liability, claim, fine, penalty, delay, injury, death, theft, destruction, deterioration, deprivation of use, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or opportunity, however arising.
"Load" means any goods, cargo, freight, parcel, vehicle, animal, container or other thing that is or is intended to be carried, stored, handled, listed, quoted or tracked using the Service. "Trip" means any journey, route, schedule, seat sale or ticket published, booked or tracked using the Service. "Users" means all persons using the Service, including you.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The words "including" and "for example" mean "including without limitation". A reference to a law includes that law as amended or replaced.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. The Service is not directed to children and must not be used by anyone under 18.
You must not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under any applicable law, if we have previously suspended or removed your account, or if you are located in, or a national or resident of, a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, or are listed on a sanctions or denied-party list.
Some features are only available to certain roles, plans, countries or verified Users. We may decide at our sole discretion who may use which feature and may change or withdraw any feature at any time.
4. What DrivePilot is, and what it is not
DrivePilot is a software platform. It provides tools for shipments, fleet and driver management, warehouses, dispatch, a load marketplace, seat and ticket booking, documents, chat, billing, reviews, reporting and team administration. Features differ by plan, role and country and may change.
DrivePilot is not a carrier, freight forwarder, broker, shipper, freight agent, logistics provider, warehouse operator, passenger transport operator, insurer, bank, payment institution, escrow agent, employer, recruiter, legal adviser, tax adviser, accountant, customs broker, safety inspector or regulator. Unless a feature expressly and in writing says otherwise, we do not transport, store, handle, inspect, insure, guarantee or take custody of any Load, vehicle, person or money.
Every agreement for the carriage of goods or passengers, every storage arrangement, every employment or contracting arrangement, and every sale made between Users is made directly between those Users. We are not a party to it, we do not control or vouch for the quality, safety, legality, timing or performance of anything offered by Users, and we have no obligation to take part in, resolve or compensate any dispute between Users.
The Service only records, displays, calculates and transmits information that Users and Third-Party Services give it. We do not verify most of it, and what the Service shows may be out of date, incomplete, wrong or manipulated.
5. Your account and security
You must provide accurate, complete and current information and keep it up to date. You must not impersonate any person or Organization or create an account for anyone without their permission. You may hold only one personal account unless we agree otherwise.
You are solely responsible for all activity that happens under your account, whether or not you authorised it, and for keeping your password, devices, one-time codes, recovery methods and linked accounts (including your Google account) secure. Tell us immediately at support@drivepilot.net if you suspect unauthorised use. We are not liable for any Loss caused by someone else using your account, whether before or after you tell us.
Accounts are linked to a limited number of devices. You agree not to share your login. We may block, sign out or restrict devices, sessions, addresses and accounts that look unsafe, automated or abusive, and we may require extra verification at any time.
Organization owners decide which roles and permissions members hold, and are responsible for every action their members take. A member may only be granted rights up to the rank of the person granting them. Removing a member does not delete Content that member created for the Organization.
Verification badges, trust scores, ratings and similar signals are automated indicators based on limited information. They are not a certification, endorsement, background check, credit check or guarantee about any person, vehicle or business, and you must not rely on them as one.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to help anyone to: break any law or regulation; post false, misleading, fraudulent or duplicate loads, trips, prices, capacity, licences, insurance, identities or documents; harass, threaten, defame, discriminate against or exploit anyone; send spam or unsolicited promotions; interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service or its networks; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service or bypass any security, rate limit, paywall, role or device restriction; access data or accounts that are not yours; scrape, harvest, copy or resell data from the Service; build a competing product from it; reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code except where the law expressly allows; introduce malware; or use the Service to launder money, evade sanctions, traffic people, or move stolen, counterfeit, illegal or prohibited goods.
You must not use the Service to arrange the carriage of dangerous, hazardous, perishable, live, high-value, regulated, oversized or controlled goods unless you hold every licence, permit, declaration, packaging, labelling, vehicle certification, driver qualification and insurance that the law and the carrier require. You alone are responsible for classifying, declaring and packaging goods correctly.
You must not use the Service while driving or in any way that distracts you from operating a vehicle safely. Do not read, type or interact with the Service while a vehicle is moving. Driver safety always comes first and no feature, alert, timer or deadline in the Service is a reason to break traffic, rest, hours-of-service, weight, speed or safety rules.
We may remove Content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold payouts and rewards, and report conduct to the authorities, at our sole discretion and with or without notice, if we believe these rules have been or may be broken or that others are at risk.
7. Marketplace, loads, bookings and tickets
Shippers who post Loads and carriers who bid on them are solely responsible for the accuracy of every listing, price, weight, dimension, description, pickup and delivery detail, capacity, licence, insurance, permit, condition and delivery. A bid that is accepted forms a direct agreement between the shipper and the carrier, on terms they agree between themselves. We do not draft, review, enforce or guarantee those terms.
Seat and ticket sales are between the operator and the passenger. Operators are solely responsible for the trips they publish, including routes, timings, vehicles, drivers, safety, licences, insurance, cancellations and refunds. Passengers are responsible for the details they provide and for arriving on time. Times, seat numbers, fares and availability shown in the Service are not guaranteed.
We do not guarantee that any Load will be filled, any carrier or driver will turn up or perform, any vehicle will be suitable or insured, any trip will run, any ticket will be honoured, or any User will pay. We are not responsible for what a User does or fails to do, and you deal with other Users entirely at your own risk. You should carry out your own checks, use written contracts, obtain proper insurance and inspect goods and vehicles before relying on any other User.
Quotes, estimates, price suggestions, distance and time figures, load matching and recommendations are automated aids and may be inaccurate. Use of them is at your own risk and judgment.
8. Payments, plans, taxes and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices, taxes, discounts, coupons and any free-trial or launch offer are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods with notice. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for all amounts due.
Card payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor we choose. We do not store full card numbers. We are not responsible for the processor’s acts or omissions, for failed, delayed, reversed or blocked payments, for currency conversion or bank charges, or for any Loss arising from them.
You can cancel at any time in the app and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partly used periods, unused features and downgrades. If a payment was taken in error we will correct it on request. If you dispute a charge with your bank without first contacting us, we may suspend your account while it is resolved.
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, levies, tolls, fines and fees connected with your use of the Service and with every transaction you make with other Users. Any invoices, receipts, statements or tax figures the Service produces are only aids built from the data you enter and are not tax advice.
We are not a bank, escrow service or payment institution. Money that passes between Users is their own affair. We do not hold, guarantee, insure or recover it, and we are not responsible for non-payment, late payment, chargebacks, fraud or scams between Users.
9. Referrals and the Trade Ambassador program
Ambassadors may earn rewards for genuine paid sign-ups they refer, under the program rules shown in the app. Rewards are discretionary, have no cash value until paid, are not wages or a salary, create no employment, agency, partnership or franchise relationship, and may be changed, paused or ended at any time.
Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, incentivised or misleading promotion, spam, impersonating DrivePilot, and any attempt to manipulate the program are prohibited. We may withhold or reverse rewards, close the ambassador’s accounts and take other action if we suspect a breach. Ambassadors are responsible for their own taxes and for complying with advertising and marketing laws.
10. Your content and licence to us
You keep ownership of the Content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, adapt, back up and analyse your Content as needed to operate, secure, support and improve the Service, to show it to the people you choose to share it with, and to produce anonymised and aggregated statistics. This licence lasts as long as your Content is in the Service and for a reasonable period afterwards for backups and legal reasons.
You are solely responsible for your Content and for having every right, consent and permission to upload it, including personal data of drivers, passengers, employees and customers. You must not upload Content that is unlawful, infringing, confidential to someone else, or harmful. We do not review Content in advance, are not responsible for it, and do not endorse it.
We may, but have no duty to, remove or restrict Content. Anything you share with another User, make public, or post in chat, reviews or the marketplace may be copied, kept or disclosed by others and we cannot control that.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important. The Service is not a backup, archive or record-keeping system that you may rely on for legal, tax, customs, safety or regulatory retention requirements.
11. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, names, features, data compilations and look and feel, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms we give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Service for your own internal business or personal purposes while your account is in good standing.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, frame, mirror or create derivative works of the Service, or remove any notices from it. If you give us feedback or suggestions, you give us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without any obligation to you.
If you believe Content in the Service infringes your rights, write to support@drivepilot.net with enough detail for us to find it, and we will review it and may remove it.
12. Calculators, records, alerts and the assistant
Tools such as the quote calculator, driver pay statements, profit figures, fuel log, trust scores, vehicle inspections, maintenance schedules, reminders, expiry alerts, route and time estimates, and reports are aids built from the data you enter and from Third-Party Services. They are estimates only. They are not accounting, tax, payroll, legal, engineering, safety, insurance or regulatory advice, and they can be wrong, late, missing or based on bad data.
You are solely responsible for checking every figure, for keeping vehicles safe and roadworthy, for carrying out lawful inspections, and for meeting every legal duty, including licensing, insurance, driving and rest hours, wages, tax, customs, permits and safety. A reminder, alert or checklist not appearing, appearing late, or being wrong is not a defence for failing to meet those duties.
The in-app assistant uses artificial intelligence. Its answers can be incomplete, outdated, biased, made up or simply wrong, and it may misunderstand you. It may also act on information you give it. Check anything important before you act and never rely on it for legal, medical, financial, safety, customs or compliance decisions. We are not responsible for any Loss resulting from its output, and your inputs may be processed by AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Location, tracking, notifications and communications
Some features use location (for example live maps, tracking and nearby loads) and send email, SMS, push, chat or in-app notifications such as booking confirmations, trip alerts and security notices. Location and tracking depend on devices, networks, satellites, permissions and Third-Party Services and can be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable. Do not rely on them for safety, emergency, security, theft recovery or contractual proof of delivery.
Maps, routes, tolls, traffic, weather, emergency numbers and similar information shown in the app are for convenience only and are not a substitute for official services, signage, local knowledge or the law. In an emergency, contact the emergency services directly.
You can control optional notifications in settings. Messages may be delayed, blocked, lost or not delivered, and we are not responsible for a notification not arriving. Calls and messages between Users are not monitored in real time and we are not responsible for what Users say to each other.
14. Third-Party Services and links
The Service depends on and links to Third-Party Services, including cloud hosting, databases, payment processors, identity and sign-in providers such as Google, mapping, telephony, email, SMS, AI, analytics and error-reporting providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices or terms, which you use at your own risk and which may apply in addition to these Terms.
If a Third-Party Service fails, changes, is withdrawn, or charges more, parts of the Service may stop working or change, and we are not liable for that.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND GUARANTEES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF VIRUSES, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT ANY DATA WILL BE KEPT OR WILL NOT BE LOST OR CORRUPTED, THAT ANY USER, LOAD, VEHICLE, DRIVER, TRIP, PAYMENT OR LISTING IS GENUINE, SAFE OR LAWFUL, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR PRODUCE ANY BUSINESS RESULT.
No advice or information, oral or written, obtained from us or through the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
16. We are not responsible for loss
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRIVEPILOT, ITS OPERATOR, OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS AND AGENTS (THE "RELEASED PARTIES") ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICE OR YOUR USE OF IT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY, AND EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF OR COULD HAVE FORESEEN THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS.
WITHOUT LIMITING THAT, THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: (A) LOSS, THEFT, DAMAGE, SPOILAGE, CONTAMINATION, SHORTAGE, MISDELIVERY, DELAY, SEIZURE, CONFISCATION OR DESTRUCTION OF ANY LOAD, VEHICLE, EQUIPMENT OR PROPERTY; (B) ACCIDENTS, COLLISIONS, BREAKDOWNS, INJURY, ILLNESS OR DEATH OF ANY DRIVER, PASSENGER, CREW OR THIRD PARTY; (C) ANY ACT, OMISSION, DEFAULT, FRAUD, INSOLVENCY, NEGLIGENCE OR MISCONDUCT OF ANY USER OR THIRD PARTY; (D) NON-PAYMENT, LATE PAYMENT, UNDERPAYMENT, SCAMS, FAKE LISTINGS, CHARGEBACKS, FAILED OR MISDIRECTED PAYMENTS AND LOST OR STOLEN FUNDS; (E) LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, CONTRACTS, CUSTOMERS, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, SAVINGS, REPUTATION OR OPPORTUNITIES; (F) LOSS, CORRUPTION, DELETION OR EXPOSURE OF DATA OR CONTENT, INCLUDING BECAUSE OF OUTAGES, BUGS, MAINTENANCE, MIGRATIONS, SECURITY INCIDENTS OR THE FAILURE OF A BACKUP; (G) FINES, PENALTIES, TAXES, DUTIES, CUSTOMS CHARGES, TOLLS, DETENTION, DEMURRAGE, TOWING OR IMPOUNDMENT; (H) INACCURATE, LATE OR MISSING CALCULATIONS, ESTIMATES, ALERTS, MAPS, TRACKING, REMINDERS, SCORES, RATINGS OR AI OUTPUT; (I) UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO OR USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT, DEVICES OR DATA; (J) INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE OR OF YOUR ACCOUNT; (K) ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE; AND (L) EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.
THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE ALSO NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR ENHANCED LOSS, REGARDLESS OF CAUSE.
YOU USE THE SERVICE, AND DEAL WITH EVERY OTHER USER, ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSURING YOUR GOODS, VEHICLES, PEOPLE, BUSINESS AND DATA AGAINST ALL RISKS, AND FOR TAKING YOUR OWN PRECAUTIONS.
17. Cap on liability
IF, DESPITE THE PREVIOUS SECTION, A COURT OR TRIBUNAL FINDS THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY REASON, THEIR TOTAL COMBINED LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE AND THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100). IF YOU USE ONLY THE FREE SERVICE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS ZERO TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.
That cap applies in total to all claims together, not per claim, and is your sole and exclusive remedy. The existence of more than one claim does not enlarge it. You agree that these limits are a fair and reasonable allocation of risk and a basis of the bargain, that the price of the Service reflects them, and that we would not provide the Service without them.
18. What these limits do not cover
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, for our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any right you have as a consumer under mandatory law in your country. Where the law does not allow some of the exclusions or limits above, they apply only to the maximum extent the law permits, and the rest of this section and these Terms remain in force.
Some places do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.
19. Release and indemnity
You release the Released Parties from every claim, demand, dispute and Loss, known or unknown, that you have or may have against them arising from the Service, from your dealings with any other User, or from any Content. If you are in a place whose law limits releases of unknown claims, you waive that protection to the fullest extent allowed.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against all claims, Loss, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, settlements, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with: your use or misuse of the Service; your Content; your Loads, trips, vehicles, drivers, employees, contractors, listings, bookings and tickets; your breach of these Terms or any law; your infringement of any right; any dispute between you and another User or a Third Party; and any act or omission of anyone using your account. We may take over the defence of any matter at your cost, and you must not settle any claim in a way that affects us without our written consent.
20. Disputes between Users
Disputes between Users, including about payment, delivery, damage, delay, quality, cancellation, refunds and conduct, must be settled between those Users. We have no duty to investigate, mediate, arbitrate or decide them, and we are not liable for any outcome. We may, at our discretion and without obligation, look at information in the Service, hide Content, restrict accounts or share information with the parties or the authorities.
Ratings and reviews reflect the opinions of the Users who write them, not ours. We may remove them or not, and are not responsible for their accuracy or effect.
21. Availability, maintenance and changes to the Service
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not promise it will be available at any particular time or at all. It may be interrupted or limited for maintenance, upgrades, security, legal reasons, failures of Third-Party Services, attacks, overload or events beyond our control. We may change, suspend, limit or discontinue any feature, plan, price, integration or the whole Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.
Beta, preview, experimental and free features are provided without any commitment, may contain errors and may be withdrawn at any time. Do not rely on them for anything critical.
Nothing in these Terms is a service-level agreement unless we sign a separate written one with you. Without one, no uptime, response time, support level, data retention period or credit is promised.
22. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, fire, flood, storm, epidemic, war, terrorism, riot, civil unrest, strike, labour dispute, government action, change in law, sanctions, embargo, power or telecommunications failure, internet or cloud outage, failure of a Third-Party Service, cyber attack, denial of service, malware or supply failure.
23. Data, privacy and security
How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption of certain fields, but no system is perfectly secure. We do not guarantee that your data will never be accessed, lost, altered or disclosed without authorisation, and we are not liable for incidents that occur despite our reasonable measures or that are caused by you, other Users or Third-Party Services.
You are responsible for complying with all data protection, privacy, employment, telecommunications and surveillance laws that apply to the data you put into the Service, including getting any consent needed to record locations, communications or images of other people and for giving them any notices the law requires.
24. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time in the app or by writing to support@drivepilot.net. Closing your account does not cancel amounts already due and does not entitle you to a refund.
We may suspend, restrict or end your access, remove Content and close your account at any time, with or without notice or reason, including if we believe you breached these Terms, did not pay, created risk or legal exposure for us or others, are inactive for a long time, or if we stop offering the Service. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for doing so.
On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may delete your Content after a reasonable period, subject to the Privacy Policy and the law, and you are responsible for exporting anything you need beforehand. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those on liability, release, indemnity, intellectual property, disputes and governing law, will survive.
25. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice in the app or by email. The changes apply from the date stated. If you keep using the Service after that date you accept the changed Terms; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
26. Governing law and disputes with us
These Terms and any dispute connected with them or the Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the DrivePilot operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your home courts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and we each agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative action. Any claim you have against us must be brought within one (1) year after it arose, or it is permanently barred, unless the law gives a longer period that cannot be shortened.
Before starting a formal claim, you agree to write to support@drivepilot.net describing the problem and to give us at least thirty (30) days to try to resolve it.
27. General terms
Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any written agreement we sign with you are the whole agreement between us about the Service and replace all earlier understandings. Severability: if any part is found invalid or unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent needed and the rest stays in force. No waiver: our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. Assignment: you may not transfer your rights or duties without our written consent; we may transfer ours, including in a merger, sale or reorganisation. No third-party rights: only the Released Parties may enforce the sections that benefit them.
Relationship: nothing in these Terms makes you our partner, agent, employee, franchisee or joint venturer. Notices: we may give notice by email, in the app or by posting on our site, and you give notice to support@drivepilot.net. Language: if these Terms are translated, the English version prevails if they conflict. Export and sanctions: you must comply with all export control, trade and sanctions laws.
Electronic acceptance: you agree that clicking, ticking or continuing to use the Service is a valid signature and that electronic records of your acceptance may be used as evidence.
